Legacy Builders NRV, Inc. is owned equally by Nancy W. Phillips and Jerry L. Christian. Nancy is a 1987 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and a 1992 master’s degree graduate of Virginia Tech. She is the Class A holder for the company and performs the design, pricing, customer relations and sub contractor scheduling and supervision. Jerry brings more than 33 years of experience in on site supervision, project management, framing, excavation and general construction experience to the company. He directs the day to day on site construction operations including the management of the crew and sub contractors and works constantly to ensure that everything is done with superior craftsmanship. Together the owners take pride in the fact that every foundation is constructed personally by both owners working together at the job site.

Home Builder's Tip
I don't know about you, but this year seems to have flown by!
We have been busy building some truly amazing and special custom homes and have also fit in several fun renovations around town this year. We are still busy creating four dream homes and are waiting for the weather to cooperate in order to break ground on three new custom homes. We continue to be very blessed.
None of this would be possible without an incredible team and we are so appreciative to each member of our talented workforce who bless us daily with their attention to details and craftsmanship.
Our wonderful clients (now friends) have also been super fun to work with over this past year. We are looking forward to our continued growing relationships with them for years to come.
Jerry and I both pray for your holiday season to be filled with special moments with family and friends, and for this upcoming year to be one of great health, joy, PEACE and prosperity.
