Legacy Builders NRV, Inc. is owned equally by Nancy W. Phillips and Jerry L. Christian. Nancy is a 1987 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and a 1992 master’s degree graduate of Virginia Tech. She is the Class A holder for the company and performs the design, pricing, customer relations and sub contractor scheduling and supervision. Jerry brings more than 33 years of experience in on site supervision, project management, framing, excavation and general construction experience to the company. He directs the day to day on site construction operations including the management of the crew and sub contractors and works constantly to ensure that everything is done with superior craftsmanship. Together the owners take pride in the fact that every foundation is constructed personally by both owners working together at the job site.

Most especially on Memorial Day weekend we want to pause and thank God for our amazing men and women in the service, who have given the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedoms, which sadly we too often take for granted. Their service and sacrifice need to be held up and honored to all of our citizens and children.
We live in the most blessed country on Earth, which is partly made so by their unselfish service for our protection.
Please also join us in prayer for the protection of all of our armed services personnel who are currently serving us around the globe. Pray too for their families, who are missing them.
We also want to offer up a HUGE congratulations to all of the 2020 graduates! This is an exciting time for you and our prayers go with you as you enter into this great change in your lives. We all share your disappointments with the switch to virtual celebrations and ceremonies.
