Working with Legacy Builders to build our home in Virginia was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their attention to detail, commitment to quality, and dedication to customer satisfaction exceeded our expectations at every turn. We lived and worked in the Midwest during the building process, and they kept us informed via emails, texts, and photos throughout so we knew what was happening.
Nancy was particularly helpful when we selected flooring, counters, fixtures, paint colors, etc. She gave us creative freedom but offered gentle advice when we were potentially making an ill-fated decision. We thank her for that!
From the initial design phase to the final walkthrough, the Legacy team exhibited professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for bringing our vision to life. Even now that house is finished, we can still call Nancy if we have a question, and she continues to be responsive and professional. The end result is a custom-built home that perfectly encapsulates our style and meets all our needs.

Merry Christmas and happy holiday season to all!
No matter what your religious belief, we respectfully wish you a wonderful holiday season filled with good fellowship, relaxation, and health and prosperity for the coming year.
We are super thankful for all of our new friends that we made through building their truly beautiful and unique custom homes this year. The year was also filled helping client renovate decks, finish basements, and update interiors. We are also so very grateful for our past clients, who still stay in touch and keep enriching our lives.
Every one of our custom home owners needs to thank Joe Meredith for coming up with the GREAT idea for the Christmas circuit (30 years ago-yikes time does fly by) that we install in all of our homes. I saw Joe this week and told him what a blessing this has been over the years!
Jerry had back surgery this week, which went well. He will have a very hard time staying still long enough to fully heal, so please add him to your prayers, and his wife too!
